Select Home Center sends one-to-one customer care text messages from 912-575-6158: confirmations that we received your inquiry, and replies about home availability, quotes, appointments, and delivery updates.
The homes, floor plans, photos, and prices on this site are for general information and are updated as things change on our lot. Photos may show optional features or upgrades. Availability and pricing are confirmed when you talk with us, and a home is only reserved by a signed agreement at the sales center, not by anything on this site.
Statements about financing describe programs offered by third-party lenders and are not a commitment to lend. Approval, rates, and terms come from the lender you apply with. The Lifetime Home Warranty is provided under its own written contract, which controls its coverage.
