Our Free Lifetime Home Warranty covers the systems that keep your home running: interior electrical, interior plumbing and your water heater, the major appliances that came with the home, and your air conditioning and heating. If a covered system needs attention after you move in, it gets taken care of — call us in your first year, and Dynamic Home Repair after that. That is the deal, for as long as you own your home.

Interior plumbing, your hot water heater, major appliances that came with the home, your HVAC system, and interior electrical. Your Service Contract sets out the limits and exclusions — you can read the warranty booklet (PDF), or just ask us.
In your first year, call us on 912-208-6065 — your first year is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and we handle those claims for you. After that, contact Dynamic Home Repair on 800-674-2604 or at dynamichomerepair.com/submit-a-claim.
There is a $75 service fee per visit, paid at the time of service. Coverage limits reset each year. Your own Service Contract is what governs — ask us and we'll walk you through exactly what yours says.
Your Lifetime Warranty requires an annual inspection. It has to be completed within 30 days of your home's anniversary date each year, and it is a condition of your coverage — missing one can result in loss of coverage.
It is a short online checklist, and you upload your HVAC maintenance records with it. Complete it at dynamichomerepair.com/annual-inspection.
