Do you help with financing?

Can I get a home with less-than-perfect credit?

Often, yes. Our lending partners work with real families every day, and there are more paths than most people expect. If your credit is not perfect, please do not count yourself out. Give us a call and we will help you explore your options honestly, with no pressure.

What is included with every home?

Every new home from Select Home Center includes delivery and setup within 100 miles of Folkston, an A/C and heat pump, trim-out, steps, and metal skirting, plus a FREE Lifetime Home Warranty. How far do you deliver?

Delivery and setup are included within 100 miles of our Folkston, Georgia lot, which covers much of Southeast Georgia and North Florida. See the areas we serve. If you are outside that range, we can still help, just ask.

Do I need to own land first?

It helps, but it is not required to start the conversation. If you own land, we will help you understand what your site needs. If you do not, we can talk through your options together. Either way, there is never any pressure.

Can I put a manufactured home on land I already own?

In most cases, yes. You will want to confirm local zoning and any deed restrictions, make sure the site can be served by water, power, and septic or sewer, and get the proper permit. What brands do you carry?

We carry Clayton, its budget-friendly TRU line, and Scotbilt. Together they give us quality homes at several price points, from cozy single-section homes to spacious multi-section family homes.

Single-wide or double-wide, which should I choose?

Do you sell to buyers in Florida?

Yes. We are licensed in Georgia and sell from our Folkston lot, then arrange delivery and setup for Florida buyers, similar to buying a vehicle from a dealer just across the state line. Families in Nassau County and across North Florida buy from us regularly.
