Manufactured home requirements:

• Florida septic permits are now a state DEP program, but this county's health department Environmental Health office still takes the applications and issues the permits locally
• Springs Priority Focus Areas: septic applications on or after Dec 15, 2025 must use enhanced nitrogen-reducing systems for repairs/modifications - can raise costs on lots with older systems
