Manufactured home requirements:

• Georgia rule: septic approval from county Environmental Health comes BEFORE the mobile home move-in permit (GA DPH rule 511-3-1) - call Environmental Health first, especially for a lot with an existing septic system
• Existing septic system evaluation required before relocating a mobile home onto a lot with an existing system (district form)
