• Georgia rule: septic approval from county Environmental Health comes BEFORE the mobile home move-in permit (GA DPH rule 511-3-1) - call Environmental Health first, especially for a lot with an existing septic system

• The City of Blackshear was set to take over building permitting and inspections inside its city limits effective July 2026, so in-city placements may go through the city instead of the county.
