• Georgia rule: septic approval from county Environmental Health comes BEFORE the mobile home move-in permit (GA DPH rule 511-3-1) - call Environmental Health first, especially for a lot with an existing septic system

• County code Chapter 9 is Manufactured Homes; issues manufactured home permits alongside building/electrical/plumbing
• In R80, R40, R25, R15, R2 and R3 districts a manufactured home needs at least 975 sq ft heated floor space and must be compatible with conventional construction in the area
• Five or more manufactured homes on a parcel under single ownership is treated as a manufactured home park requiring MH park zoning
